Jump start your fitness routine to prepare for the summer ahead!

Intelligent Boot camp combines the interval training and hard work of a boot camp with traditional Pilates form and function. It includes strength building, coordination drills, and balance challenges. Your will quickly and efficiently create lean muscles and increased cardio, while staying true to the excellent Pilates form that makes us different from the local gym.

Begins Wednesday, May 28 and runs through June 16.  $120 for 9 classes that meet 3 x per week for 3 weeks.

2 sessions are offered:

Early Risers:

M-W-F from 6:15 to 7:00 am

Twilighters:

Mondays from 5:30 – 6:15 pm  -  Wednesdays from 6 – 6:45 pm   –  Saturdays from 9:15 – 10 am
