Every Saturday at 9:15 am, work with Sue Williams to learn the basics of the system of Pilates that includes both mat and equipment work.
This class is great for beginners, but it’s also appropriate to work on precision and technique for all levels of Pilates enthusiasts. Pilates has many layers and depth and focus is extremely important to progress.
